If there is no available space for your child at the moment don't be discouraged. You can place your child on our waiting list by filling out our contact form and requesting such. As soon an an open space presents itself we will contact you.
How do I enroll and/or reserve a future space for my child?
Enrolling and/or reserving a future space for your child at Bright From The Start Childcare is simple. (1) Contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our home. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet us, learn more about what we have to offer, and meet some of the other children that we provide care for. This time spent gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important and helps to ensure that both parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. (2) After which time the registration process may begin; consisting of a parent handbook, parent/provider contract, and various enrollment forms. Once they are read, completed, signed, returned, and the deposit has been paid, your child's space has been reserved. The deposit is equal to one week of childcare costs and is credited towards the last week of your child's enrollment. (3) And the final step is to simply decide on a start date.
Ages Accepted
At Bright From The Start Childcare, we specialize in childcare for children ages 6 weeks to twelve (12) years old. Additionally, we use a preschool curriculum specifically geared towards ages toddler and preschool kids. This allows us to focus more on the younger age group of children we have in our care, and therefore betters the childcare experience for all involved.
Advance Notice
If you will no longer be needing our childcare services, a two week advance notice needs to be given to us. Whenever possible, the more notice the better. This helps us tremendously. Reason being, unlike childcare centers we can only take 16 children. So when we are full we are forced to say NO to all incoming requests for childcare. If we have advance notice of discontinuation of needed services then it is possible for us make future arrangements with new family’s inquiring about childcare for their child. This helps to keep our open spots fluctuation to a minimum, and helps us be able to focus more on being the best childcare providers we can be.
